Awards

The FLTMAG is pleased to announce that we have established two new awards that will be presented at IALLT’s biennial conferences. The next conference will take place in June 2025 in Hawaii. For the upcoming conference, anyone publishing in the following issues can be considered: July 2023, November 2023, March 2024, July 2024, November 2024. Winners will be chosen by the Editorial Board of The FLTMAG according to the following criteria: appropriate use of technology, application to practice, degree of innovation of contribution, writing and clarity.

Awards (accompanied by a $100 honorarium):

Best contribution to The FLTMAG by a graduate student

Best contribution to The FLTMAG by a K-12 teacher

If you fall into one of these categories, please inform the Editor-in-Chief when you submit your submission. For more information about submissions, please visit the Submissions page.

Generally, only longer submissions (articles or featured articles) will be considered for awards.
